IAAIM was founded in 2025 by practitioners who build and run AI systems inside large operational organisations — hospitality, retail, logistics and public services. We teach one thing: how to move an AI capability from a pilot to production, with the data, governance and people work that that involves.
Our programmes blend intensive on-site weeks in Valletta with remote project work. The curriculum is reviewed with industry practitioners and taught by faculty who currently hold operating roles.

Why we exist
Most AI training is either tool demos for beginners or theory for researchers. Very little is written for the executive who has to decide, in the next quarter, where AI changes the P&L and what breaks when it does. That gap is the institute's entire focus.
