The first cohort graduates in 2027.

The inaugural Professional Master cohort is selected during the 2026–27 admissions cycle and graduates in 2027; the first Executive Certificate cohort completes in spring 2027. Until then, the IAAIM network consists of its faculty and the organisations that collaborate on capstone and in-house programmes.

Partner profiles

Capstone and deployment projects are hosted in participants’ own organisations. Past faculty-led in-house work covers guest-flow and queue optimisation, analytics-driven revenue management and AI-enabled service operations in European leisure and retail groups.
